　間質性肺炎の中で原因不明で起こる肺炎を特発性間質性肺炎と呼びます。

　特発性とは医学用語で原因不明という意味です。

　安静時には普通に呼吸していても、歩行中や入浴、排便など日常的なちょっとした動作で呼吸困難症状が現われます。
