　〔続発性貧血〕とは、いろいろな疾患を原因としてそれに引き続いて起こる貧血をいいます。

　〔続発性貧血〕は、次のような疾患を原因として、栄養不足や出血などにより起こる貧血です。

　・〔悪性腫瘍〕
　・〔腎臓病〕
　・〔肝臓病〕
　・〔リウマチ性疾患〕
　・〔甲状腺機能低下症〕
　・〔骨髄炎〕
　・〔膠原病〕

　〔続発性貧血〕には急性と慢性のものがあります。〔急性続発性貧血〕は、手術や大怪我により一時的に大量出血して起こる貧血です。

　慢性のものは、さまさまな病気のために長時間にわたり少しずつ継続的な出血があって起こる貧血です。〔続発性貧血〕では、倦怠感、動悸、息切れなどの症状がでます。
